The Perma-Grit R203C is a coarse tube file with a tungsten-carbide abrasive surface, suited to controlled shaping of concave curves, arches and openings.

Its tubular profile supports abrasive work in curved internal areas where a flat file is less suitable. The coarse grade is intended for material removal and initial shaping work.
