Bonehead Nova Pilotx + Comms Flight Helmet

The Bonehead Nova PilotX+Comms is a lightweight flight helmet with integrated communications, developed for fixed-wing and rotor-wing operations. Its vacuum-moulded carbon-fibre and fibreglass shell combines an integrated visor with side ventilation for pilot comfort.

The helmet is supplied with a communications package and features a quick-release, adjustable chin strap; nape strap; adjustable carbon-fibre ear cups; gel ear seals; and a Velcro-fastened adjustable liner.

Available manufacturer sizing is based on head circumference measured just above the eyebrows: XS 54–55 cm, S 55–57 cm, M 57–58 cm, L 58–59 cm, XL 59–60 cm and XXL 60–61 cm. The manufacturer notes that this model is not recommended for pilots who wear glasses.
