Garmin GTR 205 Helo VHF Comm Certified Aircraft Kit

The Garmin GTR 205 Helo VHF COMM Certified Aircraft Kit is a panel-mount VHF communication solution for helicopter installations. Supplied under Garmin manufacturer part number 010-02480-02, it combines a compact GTR 205 COMM transceiver with pilot-selectable 8.33 kHz or 25 kHz channel spacing for international operating environments.

The GTR 205 provides active and standby frequency operation on a sunlight-readable colour LCD display. Its COMM monitoring function allows reception of a standby frequency while remaining tuned to the active frequency. The unit also offers frequency memory and recall, a worldwide frequency database, direct 121.5 MHz emergency-frequency tuning and an integrated flight timer.
