The Garmin GTR 205 is a slim, panel-mount VHF COMM radio for certified-aircraft installations. Its 8.33 kHz or 25 kHz channel-spacing selection supports radio operation across international frequency environments, while the compact 1.35-inch (approximately 34 mm) bezel height is suited to space-conscious avionics panels.

The bright, sunlight-readable colour LCD presents active and standby frequencies and station identification. A familiar dual-concentric control and backlit keys provide straightforward frequency management for flight crew operation.
