The Aithre Illyrian II is a compact white smart oximeter and haptic safety wearable for aviation use. Designed to provide continuous personal monitoring during flight, it combines pulse-oximetry capability with sensor-based flight and wellness data in a lightweight headset-mounted format.

Its integrated sensors include a pressure altimeter, oximeter, heart-rate and heart-rate-variability monitor, and movement detector. Configurable haptic feedback provides discreet vibration alerts through the headset, helping the wearer recognise selected monitoring events without relying solely on audible notifications.
