The FlightFlix Rock Steady Tie Down Standard Threaded Ball Mount provides a compact camera-mounting solution using an existing standard aircraft tie-down ring. Its standard 1/4-20 threaded stud is intended for cameras and accessories with a matching threaded mounting point.

The all-metal Rock Steady design combines a ball-and-socket joint with a tie-down ring base, allowing the camera position to be adjusted and locked by hand or with a tool. The manufacturer specifies billet aluminium components and stainless-steel hardware.
