The Avidyne IFD550 is a premium panel-mounted FMS/GPS/NAV/COM navigator with a black bezel, supplied as an installation-kit configuration. Manufacturer part number: 850-00182-020.

Designed around a bright 5.7-inch touchscreen with a hybrid touch-and-control interface, the IFD550 combines SBAS/LPV FMS/GPS navigation, VHF navigation and VHF communication functions in one panel-mounted unit. Its integrated Attitude Reference System (ARS) and Dynamic Synthetic Vision provide 3D synthetic-vision presentation for enhanced flight-deck situational awareness.
