The Comant CI-175 is a VHF communication whip antenna designed with a three-hole mounting configuration and a BNC female RF connector. It covers the 118–137 MHz VHF communications band and provides vertical polarisation with an omnidirectional radiation pattern.

Its cast housing and fibreglass whip construction provide a compact antenna solution for installations requiring this mounting and connector arrangement. The CI-175 is specified with a maximum VSWR of 2.5:1, 50 Ω RF impedance and 50 W RF power capability.
