The RAM® Tab-Tite™ with Kneeboard Mount is a spring-loaded, quick-release tablet holder assembly for pilots who prefer to keep a tablet on the leg during flight operations. Manufacturer part number: RAM-BM-L1-SB1-TAB2U.

The Tab-Tite™ holder is designed for small tablets, including iPad mini (A17 Pro), iPad mini 6 and earlier iPad mini models, with or without a thin case. Its interchangeable end cups allow the holder configuration to be updated when changing devices.

RAM® Snap-Link™ rotating kneeboard mount supports portrait and landscape viewing positions.
Adjustable mounting angle helps position the display to reduce glare.
Spring-loaded cradle supports quick tablet insertion and removal.
End-cup design retains access to applicable audio, USB, power and other device ports.
Includes assembly hardware for connection to RAM® components using the universal AMPS hole pattern.
Constructed from high-strength composite and marine-grade aluminium.

Overview

Get the most out of your tablet with the RAM Tab-Tite spring-loaded, quick-release holder with the RAM Snap-Link™ Rotating Kneeboard Mount. This holder will support nearly any 8" tablet including the iPad mini 7, and all previous iPad mini models, with or without a thin case. This spring-loaded design makes it easy to load and unload your tablet, along with keeping it secure while on the go. Cup ends are designed to optimize the functionality of your tablet, allowing access to audio jacks, USB, power, and other ports, your tablet can be used just as it was intended. The side of the iPad mini 6 and 7 remains exposed for connecting the Apple Pencil.
For pilots who like to have the iPad on their knee during flight, this solution will keep your device secured whether viewing in portrait or landscape mode, with the optional RAM Snap-Link ball adapter that lets you angle your tablet to eliminate sun glare. Included is a set of four nuts and bolts to connect the cradle to any RAM components or mounts that contain the universal AMPS hole pattern. The Tab-Tite cradle is compatible with any tablet that will fit the dimensions listed below. It is important to verify the dimensions of your tablet when determining the overall size.
