The Garmin GTX 335 promotional kit provides a panel-mount Mode S Extended Squitter transponder with 1090 MHz ADS-B Out capability. This configuration includes the GTX 335 with integrated WAAS GPS, a GA 35 WAAS antenna and a GAE 12 altitude encoder, providing the principal elements of a standalone ADS-B Out installation package.

The GTX 335 uses the common 4.2 cm panel-height transponder form factor and features a digital display with dedicated numeric keys for squawk-code entry. Display functions include pressure altitude and flight timers.
