The Powervamp GPU1500/40 Twin is a portable 28 V DC aircraft ground power unit configured with an approximately 2 m aircraft connector output lead, UK mains plug and parallel yoke. The Twin arrangement combines two GPU1500/40 units in parallel for increased continuous ground-power capability and battery capacity.

Designed for aviation ground-support use, the unit combines sealed AGM batteries with internal power supplies/chargers in corrosion-resistant aluminium enclosures. The Twin configuration provides up to 80 A continuous 28 V DC output from four 20 A internal power-supply modules.
