The Powervamp GPU1500/40 is a portable 28 V DC ground power unit designed to provide aircraft starting capability and continuous DC power for avionics use. This configuration is supplied with an approximately 4 m aircraft connector output lead, an SB350 connection and a US input configuration.

The unit combines a 24 V battery system with a 28 V DC internal power supply/charger, delivering up to 40 A continuous output. Its corrosion-resistant aluminium case, carry handle and shock-absorbing feet support practical handling in hangar and ramp environments.
