The Powervamp Coolspool 130 is a mobile 28V DC battery ramp cart for aircraft ground-power operations. This configuration is supplied as a Coolspool 130 base with a 20 ft (approximately 6.1 m) 28V DC output lead terminated with an Anderson connector and a 50 ft (approximately 15.2 m) Lewden input lead.

The Coolspool 130 platform uses high-discharge sealed AGM batteries with a nominal 130 Ah capacity. Its integrated 75A power supply/charger supports battery charging and continuous 28V DC aircraft-mode power for suitable ground-power tasks.
