The Powervamp Coolspool 130 is a 28 V DC battery ramp cart for ground-support operations. This base configuration is supplied with an approximately 4 m 28 V DC Anderson connector lead and an approximately 15.2 m Lewden input lead.

The Coolspool 130 uses sealed AGM batteries with 130 Ah capacity and incorporates an internal 75 A, 28 V DC power supply/charger. In Aircraft Mode, the unit can provide continuous 28 V DC power for supported ground-power tasks.
