P/N 392404 is a 24 AWG, two-pair Category 5 data bus cable for ARINC 646, LAN and 10 Base-T applications. Its double-shielded construction combines an aluminium/Mylar foil shield with a 38 AWG tin-plated copper braid, helping support data-bus installations where shielding performance is required.

  • 4 conductors arranged as 2 twisted pairs
  • 24 AWG tin-plated copper conductors
  • High-temperature fluoropolymer insulation and white, laser-markable fluoropolymer jacket
  • Pair identification: white/blue with blue/white; white/orange with orange/white
  • Nominal impedance: 100 Ω per pair
  • Nominal outside diameter: approximately 5.9 mm
  • Nominal minimum bend radius: approximately 30 mm
  • Operating temperature range: −55 °C to +200 °C
  • Listed as Skydrol resistant
