The DB Assembly R-14/28-25E is a European-version auxiliary power supply for aircraft maintenance and avionics servicing. Designed as a power-supply-only unit, it provides selectable 14 or 28 VDC output at up to 25 A from a 220 VAC, 50 Hz input.

Its filtered and regulated DC output is intended to support aircraft electrical-system testing while helping minimise hum caused by the power supply. Front-panel meters display output voltage and current, and the DC output is protected by a circuit breaker. A guarded front-panel selector is used to choose the output voltage.
