The D B Assembly R-14/28-25 is a portable aircraft APU power supply for supplying filtered DC power to avionics and aircraft electrical systems through a Cessna 3-pin APU connector.

It provides selectable 14 V or 28 V DC output at up to 25 A. The output is filtered and regulated against AC input-voltage changes, with front-panel meters for DC voltage and current. A circuit breaker protects the DC output, while the output-voltage selector is fitted with a protective guard.
