The DB Assembly P-2850P is a dual-purpose aircraft ramp power supply and battery charger for flight-line and hangar use. It provides a filtered 28 V DC supply rated up to 50 A for aircraft electrical-system servicing, with a separate automatic battery-charging mode.

This P-2850P version is supplied with a Piper plug for connection to the applicable aircraft APU/power receptacle. Charging mode is selected from the front panel, with LED indication of charging and fully charged status.
