The D B Assembly P-14100P is a portable aircraft ground power supply designed to provide filtered 14 VDC power for avionics servicing and maintenance activities. Supplied in a Piper plug configuration, it connects through the aircraft APU connector and is intended to support ground-based electrical servicing without drawing on the aircraft battery.

The unit provides up to 100 A of filtered DC output and incorporates a ferro-resonant regulated, DC current-limited supply. Front-panel metering and controls support straightforward operation in hangar or ramp-service environments.
