The D B Assembly P-1450A is a portable aircraft ramp power supply for flight-line and hangar electrical servicing. This power-supply-only unit provides filtered 14 V DC output with up to 50 A capability for supporting aircraft electrical-system testing and service work.

Designed for connection through the aircraft APU connector, the P-1450A is specified for 115 V AC, 60 Hz input power and includes an AC circuit breaker. An aircraft APU connector and a 2.1 m DC cable are supplied.
