The Pilot USA PA-82/A16 headset adapter connects a standard dual-plug general aviation headset to an Icom A16 handheld transceiver.

It provides twin headset sockets for standard PJ-055 (6.35 mm) headphone and PJ-068 (5.23 mm) microphone plugs, converting them to the right-angle connector used for the Icom A16 / OPC-2401 connection.
