Appareo Stratus Es Experimental Transponder With 3I Kit

The Appareo Stratus ES with 3i Kit is an experimental-aircraft avionics package combining a 1090ES ADS-B Out transponder with the Stratus 3i ADS-B In receiver.

Stratus ES is designed to use an external GPS source, while the supplied Stratus 3i receiver is wired to the transponder and receives ADS-B and GPS information through the aircraft’s externally mounted antennas. The Stratus 3i also incorporates backup AHRS capability.
