The SOS Battery Booster, manufacturer part number 960011, is a mobile battery booster for 12 V, 24 V and 28 V aircraft electrical systems. It is described for starting piston aircraft, turboprop business aircraft, jets, and free- or shaft-turbine aircraft up to 1,000 hp.

Designed for ramp, hangar and field use, the unit is fitted with flat-free wheels to support manoeuvring around aircraft parking areas. Auxiliary connectors accept jump cables fitted with an aviation 3-pin plug.
