Artex ELT 4000 Base Pack With Blade Antenna & Remote

The ARTEX ELT 4000 Base Pack, manufacturer part number 8263, is an automatic fixed Emergency Locator Transmitter system supplied with a blade antenna and cockpit remote switch.

The ELT 4000 transmits a digital 406 MHz distress signal and an analogue 121.5 MHz homing signal. It may be activated manually from the cockpit remote switch or automatically by its internal G-switch. The unit incorporates an ARINC 429 navigation interface for connection to compatible onboard navigation data sources.
