The GRT Avionics Serial Port Combiner/Expander, part number RM-SC-01, expands the serial-data capability of a compatible GRT EFIS installation. It combines four configurable serial ports into a single serial connection to the EFIS display unit, supporting serial-data integration while retaining configuration through the connected EFIS.

  • Four user-configurable serial ports for expansion of EFIS serial connections.
  • Dedicated serial control input/output connection for communication with the GRT EFIS.
  • Supports baud rates from 110 to 115,200.
  • Operates from 9–32 VDC; maximum current draw 0.2 A.
  • Designed for use with compatible GRT Avionics EFIS systems.
