MGL Stratomaster Vega 2-1/4 RPM Color Indicator

The MGL Avionics Stratomaster Vega RPM-1 is a compact 57 mm colour RPM indicator designed to display engine and/or rotor speed. Its sunlight-readable display and two universal RPM inputs allow configuration for a single RPM indication, dual RPM indication, or combined engine/rotor RPM monitoring.

The instrument provides useful operating and maintenance functions including a settable, password-protected Hobbs meter, engine-running and flight timers, a programmable maintenance timer, maximum RPM recording for each channel, and a magneto-check function. A high-alarm condition can activate an external output.

For installations using MGL data acquisition equipment, the Vega RPM-1 can interface with an external RDAC unit through the CAN bus.
