The AeroLEDs Pulsar 650 is a left-hand, red LED wingtip assembly combining forward position and anti-collision lighting for 28 VDC aircraft electrical systems. This certified Pulsar 650 configuration is identified by manufacturer part number 11-1280-B-24-L.

Its compact wingtip-light design incorporates a patented three-position mounting bracket. For the 28 VDC version, AeroLEDs specifies 0.4 A current draw for the position light and 0.4 A average / 3.05 A peak for the anti-collision light.
