The Telex Airman 8 ANR is a lightweight aviation headset with dual GA plugs and 600 Ω impedance. Manufacturer part number AIRMAN8-0210.

Designed with Telex battery-free active noise reduction, the headset receives power through the boom microphone connection, eliminating the need for headset batteries or special power connectors. Its amplified, noise-cancelling electret microphone is intended to support clear voice transmission in demanding cockpit environments.

  • Dual GA plug configuration: PJ-068-equivalent microphone plug and PJ-055-equivalent headphone plug
  • 600 Ω impedance
  • Battery-free active noise reduction with a forward-facing ANR switch
  • Stainless-steel headband, metal pivots and pre-coiled overhead cord
  • Leatherette ear cushions, soft headband pad and multi-direction earcup movement for wearing comfort
  • Acoustic limiter to help protect against sudden sound-level increases
  • FAA TSO-C139a compliant
