The Garmin GMU 11 is a remote-mounted, microprocessor-based three-axis magnetometer that supplies magnetic-field measurement data for aircraft heading reference. It is designed to provide magnetic heading information to compatible Garmin ADAHRS and electronic flight-display installations.
