The Trig TY97A is a slimline panel-mount VHF communication radio supplied as a complete kit. Manufacturer part number 01790-00-01.

This high-power TY97A version provides 25 kHz channel spacing with 760 channels and a nominal 16 W transmitter output. Its low-profile 33 mm housing helps conserve instrument-panel space, while the clear display shows primary and secondary frequencies together with ICAO or user-defined airfield identifiers.
