The Trig TA70 is a certified external WAAS GPS antenna for aircraft GPS position-source installations. Manufactured by Trig Avionics in conjunction with RAMI, it is designed as a permanently mounted antenna and is optimised for use with Trig GPS equipment.

  • Supports SBAS services including EGNOS, GAGAN, MSAS and WAAS
  • Designed for external aircraft installation, with a gasket to help provide a secure, weather-tight seal and cover existing antenna holes
  • Compatible with Trig TN70 and TN72 GPS position-source equipment
  • TNC female antenna connector
  • Supply requirement: 4.5–14.5 VDC
  • Approximate dimensions: 40 x 73 x 120 mm

The TA70 is a practical retrofit option where a conventional externally mounted GPS antenna is required. Installation should be carried out in accordance with the applicable Trig installation documentation and aircraft-approved data.
