The Pilot USA PA-80H/HERO5 is an audio recording adapter for capturing aircraft intercom audio with compatible GoPro HERO cameras. It is intended for helicopter and military-style headset or helmet installations using a U-174/U, or equivalent, single-plug connection.

When connected to the aircraft intercom system, the adapter enables recording of audio heard on the intercom, including cockpit communications and radio transmissions, alongside video footage. This can support flight-video production and post-flight review of communications.
