The Lynx Avionics M050 In-Line Headset Battery is an additional portable power source for Lynx Micro System headsets. It connects between a Micro System headset and other Micro System equipment, providing an alternative power source where required.

  • Manufacturer part number: M050
  • Rechargeable nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) battery
  • May be used as a back-up power source when the headset’s internal battery is discharged
  • May be used when the internal headset battery is disabled
  • Manufacturer states the in-line battery provides twice the power of the battery built into a Micro System headset
  • When connected, the headset’s internal battery is disabled
  • Manufacturer-stated minimum continuous operating time: 50 hours when fully charged

For two headsets connected through a Lynx radio interface, one M050 can power both headsets. When using a Lynx Headset Coupling Adapter, an in-line battery is required for each headset.
