Alpha Systems AOA 12 VDC heated probe with relay kit, manufacturer part number DSTR-AOA-7000K-12V. This accessory combines a heated angle-of-attack probe with a 12 VDC relay kit for Alpha Systems AOA installations where probe heating is required.

The probe incorporates an integral heater intended to reduce ice accumulation on the probe’s leading edge. Manufacturer documentation specifies an approximate heater current draw of 8 A at 12 VDC and recommends a separately switched, dedicated 10 A circuit breaker or fuse for the heated-probe installation.
