The Garmin GTX 45R is a remote-mounted ADS-B transponder for Garmin G3X and G3X Touch installations. Manufacturer part number 010-01757-06 identifies the GTX 45R standard-mount kit configuration.

The GTX 45R combines ADS-B Out capability with ADS-B In reception, enabling compatible connected Garmin displays to present available traffic and weather information. Transponder control, including squawk-code entry, is performed through the compatible G3X or G3X Touch display.
