The START PAC 3328QC/200-SW is a mobile 28 V DC combination ground power unit and starting unit for ground-support operations. It combines a sealed lead-acid battery pack with a built-in charger and power supply, providing 28.5 V DC output with a maximum continuous output of 200 A.

The unit features START PAC’s Quick Change battery design for rapid battery-pack replacement, together with an integrated voltmeter, forced-air cooling, and over-current, over-voltage and over-temperature protection.
