The Garmin GTX 345R is a remote-mounted Mode S Extended Squitter transponder designed to provide ADS-B Out capability without occupying instrument-panel space. This GPS-equipped configuration also supports Bluetooth/Connext wireless connectivity for use with compatible avionics and mobile-device applications.

Remote-mount GTX 345R installations require a compatible cockpit display or control interface for transponder mode selection and squawk-code entry. Integration, functionality and installation requirements depend on the aircraft configuration and connected equipment.
