The RAMI AV-7-1A is a 5/8-wave VHF mobile antenna designed for ground vehicular communications on the aeronautical VHF COM band. It is supplied as the antenna only and uses an NMO antenna-to-base interface; a compatible mounting base is required separately.

Built for demanding vehicle installations, the AV-7-1A features a tapered 17-7PH stainless-steel whip with spring mount. Exposed fittings are chrome-plated brass or stainless steel.
