The ARTEX ELT 345, manufacturer part number 8102, is a 406 MHz emergency locator transmitter kit supplied with a black whip antenna, standard 2-wire remote switch and general aviation installation kit.

The ELT transmits on 406.040 MHz and 121.5 MHz and features a built-in GPS navigational interface for position data input. It supports automatic activation through its internal G-switch as well as manual activation via the ELT or remote switch.
