Icom Ic A220 B Radio With Ps 80 04 Power Supply Base Station

The Icom IC-A220B is a VHF air band base-station configuration comprising the IC-A220 air band transceiver and PS-80 desktop power supply. Icom describes this configuration for convenient ground-based operation; the radio is supplied separately from the PS-80 and is not factory-installed in the power supply.

The IC-A220 provides VHF air band communication with selectable 8.33 kHz and 25 kHz channel spacing. Its high-visibility OLED display, illuminated controls, large frequency exchange button, auto/manual squelch functions and dedicated one-touch access to 121.5 MHz support clear, practical operation.

The PS-80 is designed for desktop use and provides 12 V DC output from a 100–240 V AC input supply, with a maximum output current of 6 A. Icom specifies the PS-80 at approximately 200 × 212 × 300 mm and 4 kg.
