Got Your Six Aviation replacement headset headpad, manufacturer part number GY6-HEADPAD.

This padded headpad attaches around the top headset band using a hook-and-loop closure. It is intended as an aftermarket replacement comfort pad for similarly sized fixed-position headset headbands.
