TCW Integrated Back Up Battery System 6Ah

The TCW Technologies Integrated Back-up Battery System (IBBS), part number IBBS-12V-6AH, is a 12 V, 6 Ah lithium-iron-phosphate (Li-Fe-PO4) back-up power system designed to support an aircraft endurance bus for critical electronic loads.

The unit integrates a Li-Fe-PO4 battery pack, matched charging system and switching logic in one enclosure. It connects to the aircraft power bus and provides a stable back-up power output during normal and emergency operating conditions. TCW states that the system also provides surge and voltage-sag protection for connected equipment during engine starting.
