The Concorde RG-121-2 is a sealed recombinant-gas emergency and standby aircraft battery from Concorde’s Platinum Series. It uses valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) absorbed glass mat (AGM) technology and is designed for emergency or standby electrical-power duties; it is not rated for engine starting.

Part number RG-121-2 incorporates an internal DC heater for improved cold-weather performance. Concorde states that the heater blankets are interwoven between the cells and operate at low battery temperatures.
