The Concorde RG-380E/53KH is a Platinum Series® heated turbine aircraft battery designed for main starting and emergency-power duties. It uses sealed recombinant gas (RG®), valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) construction with absorbed glass mat (AGM) technology.

This 24 V battery has a rated C1 capacity of 53 Ah and a maximum weight of 43.6 kg. The RG-380E/53KH configuration incorporates a fire-resistant aluminium container with vent louvers and a heater control-unit mount. Internal 115 VAC and 28.25 VDC heater provisions are specified by Concorde.
