The Pilot USA PA-75 is a helicopter-to-dual general aviation headset adapter for converting a U-174/U or U-93A/U helicopter plug arrangement with U92A/U socket to twin GA headset connections.

It provides M642/4-1 (PJ-055) and M642/5-1 (PJ-068) connections, supporting use of the relevant helicopter headset connector configuration with a dual-plug general aviation interface.
