The FLITELite GEN II is a compact, hands-free pilot light configured for Lightspeed headset microphone booms. This white-light version provides local illumination for cockpit tasks such as reading charts, viewing checklists and improving visibility of controls in low-light conditions.

The GEN II design uses dual-sensor operation: a rear sensor provides touch-controlled on/off operation, while the front sensor adjusts brightness from a low setting upward. The selected brightness level is retained for subsequent use while battery power remains connected. A computer-controlled 60-minute automatic switch-off function helps conserve battery power.
