The Antenna Install Template 525 is a two-piece sealing guide template, part number SG175-525, for producing a neat, controlled sealant finish around the base of a compatible aircraft antenna.

The inner template is positioned at the antenna base and the outer template is placed on the surrounding aircraft surface. Sealant is applied in the gap between the two pieces; once the templates are removed, the sealant can cure to leave a smooth, consistent seal line. The templates are intended to be discarded after use.

  • CI-310-20
  • CI-310-22
  • CI-310-25
