RAMI AV-1 Base Antenna Non-TSO

The RAMI AV-1 is a non-TSO VHF base-station antenna designed for communications with ground vehicles or aircraft. Covering the 118–137 MHz communications band, it provides vertically polarised, omnidirectional coverage for fixed ground-station installations.

Its heavy-duty construction incorporates aluminium radial elements and an aluminium tube radiator with a hexavalent-free passivation treatment for durability. A built-in gap-type lightning arrestor is incorporated into the design, and no additional antenna tuning is required.
