The Lynx Avionics M094 is a stainless-steel ¼-wave VHF whip antenna tuned for the 118–137 MHz airband frequency range. Its solid whip element is approximately 67 cm long and is intended for mounting through metal or composite aircraft skin.

For installations in glass-fibre structures, the antenna is supplied with a self-adhesive aluminium-foil ground plane. The 1 m lead is fitted with an FME connector at the antenna feed and a BNC connector for radio connection.
