The ARTEX ME406 Replacement Battery Kit, manufacturer part number 455-0012, is a lithium replacement battery kit for applicable ARTEX ME406-series emergency locator transmitters (ELTs).

ARTEX identifies 455-0012 as a 6-year lithium (LiMnO2) replacement battery for the ME406 range. The kit is intended for scheduled battery replacement and maintenance of ME406, ME406 HM, ME406 ACE and ME406/P ELTs.
